​Our Keynote speaker for the meeting was Associate Professor Grace Vincent Sean Cain. A/Prof Vincent is an ARC-DECRA Fellow at CQUniversity's Appleton Institute, where her research examines how modern work disrupts our biological rhythms. Her research focuses on shift workers and other high-risk occupational groups, exploring how factors like circadian disruption, physical activity and nutrition interact to affect sleep, performance and safety. She spoke with us on "How work and biology class in a 24/7 world."
